Speaking following last night’s Prime Time Investigates programme, Deputy Breen said “this crisis has been obvious to me for some time. Only last week I highlighted the fact that 79 children are waiting 16 months to access the Child and Mental Health Service here in County Clare with no plans or no budget to introduce an out of hours social work service.”
