I was very pleased to see this scheme continue this year as it allows individuals and local authorities to take positive action to protect heritage buildings and structures in their area and to have Adelphi House included this year.”
Typical works funded under the scheme include roof repairs, structural consolidation and measures to ensure weather tightness. The scheme encourages the regeneration and reuse of heritage properties and helps to secure the preservation of protected structures which might otherwise be lost.
